Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping Information
Please allow 5 – 7 days for processing orders. After shipping your order will be delivered based on your selected delivery method.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Exceptions to shipping rates are noted in item descriptions.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you purchase Route Purchase Protection for domestic orders.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Returns and Exchanges
We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange. You can begin to process exchanges via our contact page.
Exclusive/Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to size availability.
Returns will be subject to the condition of the item, all custom items will not be able to be returned.
Please note that all returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and with tags still attached. All returns and exchanges will be checked.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returns.
Pre-orders/Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and Made-to-Order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. The shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
